Excellent responsive service, great communication, quality people. They helped us out of a jam after a different company gave us the run around. They came out the day after I called for an estimate & started the day after that. Finally, they came back to finish the job at 6:30 pm after having to take care of an emergency call, so we could have our hot water back on that night. Again excellent service & highly recommended!

I have recommend this company to many of my family memebers/friends and will recommend to anyone else who is in need of a plumber and an HONEST one at that. They came out same day I called for my clogged kitchen sink and I was a little skeptical since I dont know much about plumbing and didn't want to get ripped off. Our plumber (I think his name was geovanni) came out and gave us a FREE estimate before doing any work (which is already a plus for me) he then unclogged our sink with no hassle and I actually paid less than what he quoted in the beginning since it was an easier fix (and thats what got me). Itd be typical for a plumber to over charge and now he went down in price??? Talk about a genuine and honest company. Since then, ive used them about 3 more times. They are honest ( most importantly), reliable, and veryyyy personable. Thank you Plumbers Connection!!!!

I've used The Plumbers Connection for installing a new hot water heater and repairing a main sewer line. On both jobs, the service was excellent. For the water heater, the plumber had to spend hours repairing a non-standard installation that the previous homeowner had done. For the main sewer line repair, they were able to save a pine tree that on top of the sewer line. Even with the extra work that had to be done for both jobs, they stuck to their original quoted price. I highly recommend The Plumbers Connection for any plumbing job.
