R C Jacobs Plumbing Htg & AC

We have a flush mate toilet that was installed by this company several years ago.The tech wanted us to replace the entire toilet. After doing some research and speaking with the manufacturer, the piece that was broken was a flush valve. It costs $27. It’s under warranty for 10 years .He wanted to charge us $75 for the piece and $95 to install it. The manufacturers said it’s very easy to install. I’m going to perform the work myself. Would not recommend this company to do anything.

We were referred to this company by an employee of the gas company here. We are new to this area. Not only did this company charge twice for the work that was preformed, but it took threats of consultation with a lawyer to get them to finish the job. Then two more visits to try and fix the shotty work. Finally had to call in another company to fix the problem with Jacobs incompetent work. At, of course another over 1000.00 dollars. Would not let these people fill my dog water bowl for me!

I was surprised to see the comments others have posted on Jacobs because my husband and I have used Jacobs for our plumbing and HVAC needs for years and have always been happy. Their technician Jonathan is very knowledgeable and competent as well as a nice young man. I also know the previous comment of 190 an hour is completely false and noone has ever been rude to us we would recommend Jacobs anytime

Do not use these incompetent people for any reason

Very Rude and VERY expensive. Do not know what they are doing; installed a valve stem on a shower and it is in crooked. Got charged from the moment they left shop to the store to buy the parts and then to do the work.
