If I could rate this zero stars I would. I have never been spoken to in such a demeaning, disrespectful way before. The man that I spoke to was rude from the moment he picked up the phone. He basically told me he knew he put faulty plumbing in our home but bc we were out of the warranty it wasn't his problem anymore. He kept questioning how I knew we had something wrong with our plumbing (water seeping our carpets from the bathroom) and questioned the professional opinion of another plumber we used to diagnose the issue. He said he'd rather talk to my husband bc I seemed to not know what the issue was and may be embellishingsome facts. I have never been treated this way before. Absolutely not acceptable. I cant believe this company still exists. And I absolutely hate that I have to write this terrible review bc I am not the kind of person that does this.
