Called Neal in the morning and had everything fixed just after lunch. Very timely, quick, incredibly professional.

I don't usually leave bad reviews and I hate that I have to now. we called Neal on Saturday after finding out we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Neal was the only one available to come out on Sunday. he came and was very friendly, assessed what was going on and then cut 3 holes in our ceiling and said he couldn't do anything until the next day. He said he would be back around 2 on Monday. Monday came and he never showed up. my husband called and when he finally got ahold of Neal, he said he was at a job and would call when he was done but wouldn't be available until Tuesday at 2. Tuesday came and Neal called and said he wouldn't be able to do the job at all. So we basically paid him $200 for him to cut 3 holes in our ceiling and then disappear. I understand if a job is beyond your capability but at least have the decency to say that up front.

Neil is a really, really great guy who was very personable and pleasant to interact with throughout the whole process of fixing our tub! Really competitive pricing and an exceptional, quality job! Will have him back for all our plumbing needs!

Called to have our leaking outside faucet repaired. Their response time was great! Neal was very professional and well mannered. I would highly recommend Flow-Pro Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a great and reliable plumber.

Neil came out right away when I called due to our toilet overflowing and having it leak through our ceiling. He was at my house within 20 minutes, found the problem, and went to get the supplies to fix it. Very affordable as well! Would definitely recommend him!
