I made a call to the Owner Jerry and told him there was a scratch in my tub. He said he would get back with me after he talked to the workers that put it in. Owner called me back and said he asked the workers if they scratched the tub and they said no. Owner said his employees would not lie to him. SO, I guess I am the one who is lying. I tried to talk to him, told him no one was in the home but his workers. Said he believed his workers.. OF COURSE he has been paid in full. as a matter of fact to prove this character even further, he hung up the phone on me, when I questioned if the customer was ever right...this was my personal and last experience with this company
