We had a main drain clog on a Sunday. Rick came out and was unable to get to the drain with his large drain auger but assisted my Mom in having someone else come out. He was so polite and helpful with my Mom and even after interrupting his Sunday off and driving to my Mom's he didn't charge her since he knew the problem could be so expensive. I will recommend Rick and use his services everytime in the future. Thanks Rick!!!

On Thanksgiving morning, we had a lot to be thankful for. As luck would have it, our main waste lines chose this day to become blocked. Rick and Adam went out of their way to come to our home and resolve the issue. So, for a very reasonable price and the pleasure of meeting two very nice men, our Thanksgiving went off as planned with family! Thanks, Rick and Adam very much.

Extremely fast service

We called Rick when we had a backed drain. He came out right away, professionally and methodically diagnosed that we had at least one and likely 2 breaks in our line, and gave us contact info for people who could scope and dig up line. Last guy who was out when we had a slow drain a couple of years ago told us he saw clay/sediment in line but ‘that happens to these lines’. After Rick’s visit we know better and he should be your first call for a professional set of eyes on your problem
