Called these guys when I had an emergency and they were very accommodating. They were very professional and did great work! Pricing was much better than a couple other companies I called around the Upstate.
Bob Miller showed up hours after he said he would be there. He did a half-ass job repairing my toilet ...instead of replacing needed parts he tried adjusting a faulty Fill valve and ignoring me when I told him that I thought the flush valve was leaking . The bowl was extemely slow to fill but he said it was OK. 2 other jobs I needed him to complete were not done,.Tho I'm disabled and on oxegen I did the repairs myself this weekend and now it works perfectly! Would not recommend Bob Miller to anyone!
He broke our irrigation system which is bad enough. The worst is that when we left a friendly message about it, he refused to call us back. We called several times and never returned our call. Finally we decided to go the licensing board only to find he wasn't a licensed plumber.
