We could not be more pleased with the services received from Mike and his crew at Air Rescue. They are quick to respond, transparent, professional and the services value priced. Our AC went out on a Saturday night and by Sunday morning they were there to diagnose the problem. The repair process was quick once parts were received and we were back up and running in a couple of days. Five star service. Be sure to call Air Rescue with all your HVAC needs. Update August 24, 2019. Sorry for the delay. I had to order a print out of the phone records from my cell carrier, as they only maintain 16 months of records online. I called and left messages on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:19 PM, and 4:34 PM. I called and left a third and final message on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 10:54 AM. Update July 8, 2019. Awww, that's cute. A President Trump move, trying to call my review a fake account. Check out my reviews of Arborworks Tree Company out of Hartsville. That's a real company. This is a real account, my review is real, and you company's terrible business practices are real. And I just ended up replacing the unit you installed for the previous owner 4 years ago because it was undersized and would not cool the entire home. YORK HVAC system originally installed by Air Rescue. Called on a cold December afternoon, because heat would not work.. I left a message. I called 4 hours later and the next morning and left messages. No return calls, despite the fact that Air Rescue's voicemail says that all calls are returned within one-half hour. Terrible business practices.

Mike and the young man helping him were so courteous, and nice They figured out the issue and took care of it. Backstory: My Air went out again 2 weeks after the people who installed it, "fixed it". Luckily the installers whole crew was on Vacation for a week so I was forced to find someone else, and I called Air Rescue. After calling at 6:49 PM, My call was returned 5 minutes later and they headed this way after they finished up the service call they were on. It was less then an hour after my first call and they were here working. The Fee I was charged was reasonable. Mike explained what was wrong, and why and what they did to fix it. They made sure not to make a mess in the house, and put back anything they had to move, inside or out. I would defiantly recommend air rescue!!!

Air Rescue fixed my old ac unit quickly, Mike is very honest and professional. He knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work!! Thank you Mike Pate!!
