B & C Utilities

I was referred to B & C from a local contractor regarding a sewer hookup. I contacted Charles on 2/7 regarding pricing. He asked me to forward him the sewer information that I had which I did that day, and he stated he would get me pricing in a couple of days. I never heard back from him, so I contacted him again through email on the 11th, to see if he had pricing. I never received a reply. Today 2/20, I called the office and was told by Jonathan he's not doing it. I said I don't understand. He said we're extremely busy, I said I understand if you're busy, but why not let your customer's know that up front. He said he didn't know, but they weren't interested in quoting the project. I asked who was in charge, and his reply was Charles that he was the owner. Extremely poor customer service, if you aren't interested in providing a quote why waste my time by asking me to email the information? It makes you wonder how Charles is still in business with no business sense.
