First technician that came by gave me quotes that for two options for replacing a toilet flange. The quote was in-line with another plumber's quote but I thought both were excessive. The Owner of Premier Rooter & Plumbing offered me a substantial discount. The technician that completed the work was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Very happy with the job!
