They were very quick to respond to our plumbing emergency and were very friendly and helpful.

Unreliable, gave them a six (6) day window during which my tenant was away, "Greg" called on the eighth (8th) complaining the key was retrieved on the seventh (7th) day as they were a six days' no show, also complaining how "this is getting a bit ridiculous", unprofessional, rude, accusatory & astronomically-expensive

These people are very straightforward and extremely understanding. Not only do they do excellent work, but are very kind and don't attempt to make you pay for more than the work that is needed. They came as a referral from another customer, and I always make sure to recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing work.
