Wouldn’t even give a one star. Owner is very unprofessional. Does not show up on time. Does not complete their work. Does not return calls. Had full pipes changed under house from cast iron to PVC and only half was done with part connected to pvc. Do not recommend at all!

Stokes Plumbing is horrible!!! I would not recommend them for anything!!!! Very horrible experience!!!!!!!!! They never reported to my home on time; every time I called the office, I always got the voicemail, then they would call back and say they were in a meeting! Yeah right!!!! Line repairman was very unprofessional!! Was supposed to be a my home at 9:00 am but didn't report until 3:30pm. My waterline got replaced at 10:00 pm. His attitude was very nasty and unprofessional!!!! I will NEVER use Stokes Plumbing ever again and no one else should either!!!

Repeated phone calls and requests with no response after their taking $1200 of our money and the “filter” they allegedly installed not working. Their response from the owner was to replace our pipes for $2000 to make a filter work. They obviously think they can scam newcomers to Florence County and that we are total idiots. Shame on them as I’m floored that they are still in business!

Horrible horrible horrible service is all I know to say!! Tech was extremely unprofessional and rude!!
