No concern or care in the world to make it on time in the time frame they provided. To answer the comment by the owner...I was told there was an emergency after calling several times and finally getting an answer. I would have appreciated a courtesy call instead of wasting 3 hours of my day. That is why I sought another company. You may have many happy customers over a 10 year time period, but not me and not today.
Have had Neely out to my house 3 times now. This last really showed me just how great this company is. Rod came out to diagnose a leak. Being referred from our Home Warranty there was some due diligence needed in order to begin the work. Later on in the evening we noticed there was another source of water. Knowing we were going to have to kill the water until we found out and having 2 kids Rod came BACK out after hours to help us find out that it was the AC pan in the attic. Thank you Neely Brothers for the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, patience and customer service. We hope we have no more leaks but when/if we do YOU are our 1st call. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Contacted the company to verify that our temperature pressure relief valve was installed correctly. I was told that it was installed correctly, but it was not installed “up to code.” I then asked them to send me a quote to have it brought up to code. I never got a response about the quote. I contacted another company to come out, that company verified that the part was installed correctly. So not only did Neely Brothers not respond at a chance to receive business, they also lied about a part needing to be replaced, that didn’t need to be replaced.
