Absolutely stellar service from Best Rate Plumbing and Jeff! Our well pump stopped working this morning, and with no water, we needed to have someone out soon. They just left and we have water! Outstanding job on replacing the Well Tank, Switch and valve. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Joshua came out on a Saturday afternoon. I had a major blockage somewhere in the pipes under my house. I couldn't use either toilet, and sewage was backing up in my shower. My house is only 2 years old. Joshua spent over an hour with me. He discovered a blockage from outside - possibly a cracked pipe. He cleared the blockage with his 175' power snake, made sure I was good to go for the week-end and scheduled Jeff to come out on Monday with a camera to see exactly what and where the problem is. Joshua was patient, thorough, and kind. I appreciated all he is doing for me. He explained the costs upfront and I thought they were more than fair!!! I strongly disagree with that sarcastic customer who wrote a review 2 years ago. I highly recommend Best Rate Plumbing.
