I've had to call twice in the last month. (Two different issues). Arrived when the said they would. Corrected both issues quickly. Courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great quality work, very knowledgeable in the field. We had issues with flapper on both toilets and a busted fill valve in a primary bathroom. Also tested water heater for bad heating element but turned out to be thermostat turned down. Worked with my schedule and was probably in and out in 30 or so minutes.

Wonderful service, very reasonable price, and took the time to explain the problem and how they fixed it. Will refer friends to Crump.
