This is the second time I have experienced Rapp's Heating and Air Conditioning Service. The HVAC repairman Mr. Fred, was polite, knowledgeable about the condition of the problem of the air conditioning system, which was only a tripped circuit breaker outside, thank goodness. The follow up call from Ms. Marie was also polite, cheerful and professional. So, far I have received good service. Thank you to all I have corresponded with at Rapp's company.
