Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I have had THE most unprofessional & unethical experience with this company. I suffered water damage due to a broken pipe in April. The water mitigation team did an excellent job at drying out my home & minimizing further damage. However my new couch and recliner was placed in a storage pod while the house was being dried out. Somewhere during the process of either removing the items or placing them back into the home after flooring was replaced my furniture was ruined beyond repair. The owner was notified by phone as well as provided before and after pictures of the furniture. After several attempts to rectify the situation I was told that 1. They weren’t responsible because the furniture was never moved off of my property 2. I should file another claim with my homeowners insurance 3. There was no way to prove the condition of the furniture prior to the company moving it (mind you I sent pics of the furniture in perfect condition the day of the flood. As well as after pics showing obvious damage). Also my door frame was literally taken off in the process of them moving my furniture in and out of the house. I’ve attempted to contact Lacey Peevey to no avail. I’ve been placed on hold for 4-8 min and then hung up on. Messages have been left with no follow up or return call. I am currently out of over $3k for the cost of my furniture. As well as the cost to repair my door frame. I absolutely would not recommend this company. I also paid $500 for plumbing to respond to call and rebuild the toilet that caused the damage. I’ve since realized that amount was absurd.

Calling a plumber on the weekend is never fun, but Roto-Rooter made the situation as painless as possible. Paul was at my front door within two hours of calling, and he was patient enough to answer all of my questions (there were a lot.) He explained every step of the process to me, and triple checked his work before packing up. Not all heroes wear capes. Fingers crossed I don't have to make weekend emergency calls again, but if I do, these guys will be the first number I dial.

I will not use anyone else!! They came out on a Sunday to help resolve my issue. Dalton was very knowledgeable and professional. The price was right and I loved the customer service from Lacy! Thank you Roto Rooter!!

Very professional and talented group who truly are 24/7. Came to my house at 8 PM on a Sunday night to work on a septic problem. Stayed 2 hours to make a temporary fix so we could use the system. Next day a crew came out to make permanent repairs. Very pleased with their work...very thorough.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for today. The representative assured me that she would call me in the morning prior to the service. No one ever showed up. When I called to check on why they hadn't showed up, the representative stated that they didn't have any info on my service arrangement. I made changes in my morning routine so that I would be ready for their arrival at 8:30am. I am extremely upset and making the appt. was a waste of time. Me and the initial representative talked for 7 mins while making my appt. I'm confused as to why I wasn't serviced and why there isn't a record. She took my name, address and my plumbing issue. I am a new home owner and I will not be using this company in the future.
