After not having our septic tank emptied in over 10 years, we didn't know what to expect. The team of guys sent by Roto-Rooter located the septic quickly, dug no more than needed to access the hatch, were thorough in their job, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely be using them in the future and I would highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. We were not happy with the first technician because he rushed through work and skipped some repairs. They sent another technician that did excellent work and they did not double charge. Will use again.
