Came home from the beach on Sunday to a hot house, called Kevin at Home Comfort and within minutes he had a technician dispatched and on the way to my house. Barron pulled up knocked on our back door, introduced himself and went right to work In matter of a few minutes he had identified the problem and given us 2 proposals and 2 estimates. We decided on the best one for us and he started right away, had all that was needed on his truck. Within 30 minutes we were cooling again. This young man is not only courteous but he knows his stuff and did a great job for us Thanks Home Comfort for being our AC and Heating Company. You are always fast, through, and completely fair. Gary and Shannon came and did our winter service maintenance. They were timely, polite and thorough. Appreciate their attention to all our systems. Since it was a muddy, rainy day, I was especially pleased with their care not to track in mud. Shannon did our plumbing assessment. He checked all sinks, faucets, drains, and toilet tanks. Great to have an annual plumbing check-up. Had our summer maintenance with Ronnie. Great service! Thorough checks for our systems.
Nick arrived on time scheduled, very courteous and did wonderful job fixing an a/c unit. He explained things very well too. I’d love to have him again if needed in the future.
Christian did a great job. He found the problem with our air conditioner, fixed it and did a complete diagnosis check. We really appreciated the quick and prompt service we received. Christian was at our home within two hours of our request for service. Would definitely recommend Home Comfort Systems.
