O'Cain Construction Co., Inc.

Not exactly a company that's renowned for "doing the right thing". All the good reviews must come from friends and family. Anyone locally knows this to be true. They extort their employees for their time and money, and offer pipe dreams to their customers about all the (poor) quality work they're going to do. Employees end up chasing them around for weeks trying to recoup the final paycheck, while customers end up chasing them around for months trying to get them to come fix their shotty work. Which they promise to fix for just long enough that they can file a claim because "the customer never paid for the (incompleted) work".

We used O'Cain Construction to to build added plumbing onto our building. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and very nice people. They all worked extremely hard and were on time every day. I was very impressed with this company.
