I needed a quote to have a water heater installed at a local business. I received the quote, and got the quote approved with our client to have the water heater installed. After numerous left voicemails and emails to advise the quote was approved and to schedule the work, I have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend them at all, communication is poor and they still have not responded. It has been 20 days.

Had an appointment schedule for today, no call, no show. After numerous attempts to call and message left I finally got someone to answer the phone to be told, they’re running late, I’ll check on it and call you back. 6 hours and still haven’t received a call or visit. I understand that things can unexpectedly come up, but the least you could do is communicate with your customers. Extremely disappointed with such unprofessionalism.

Outstanding customer service, prompt, and followed through to ensure we were satisfied... their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes! Highly recommend and we will certainly use them again!

This company was assigned by my warranty company. The company was suppose to call me to set up appointment. I ended up calling them. They where suppose to call me back and did not. I ended up calling them again. Set up appointment. The day of appointment it was cancelled due to that I live an hour from them. Scheduled another time and day. On the day of appointment did not show up nor did they call. I called and left them a voice mail. As of yet still has not returned my call.. Warranty company assigned another contractor. The new contractor contacted me within minutes and is coming out to fix the repair.

Bad Business had appointment today No Call No Show. Then When I called them they sent the call to voice mail.......BADD BUSINESS!!
