I'm sorry but you definitely can tell these five star reviews are from fake profiles... I was looking for a plumber and came across this cuz I said look at all the reviews but then you go and see they're all from 9 months ago with all with one review all posted around the same time very shady..

I recommended Jason to do some work for my parents. Little did I know that he wasn't going to live up to his promises and that his workers weren't qualified to do the job they said they could do. They left my dad out the loop and promised him this and that and never made good on the promises. I tried to talk to Jason about this cordially, several times to get things resolved, and he promised me he would take care of the issues personally. The last time I actually talked to him was on the phone. Months later and he still hasn't fixed the issues nor does he answer when my dad calls. You want to be called a professional, act like one. Don't bother wasting your time or money with J&C plumbing because they are too busy and will take your money and run.

Jason Keaton and j&c plumping company has helped me on several occasions and have always completed the job and charged half the price quoted by other companies and finished in half the time of other companies. As a business owner myself, you get employees that you think will be great and end up biting you in the end. It happens to everyone. The fact that he is willing to go back and take care of the problems at hand, without question is what he is supposed to be doing as the owner. So, he is going beyond what is needed. If you don't complain to him, he cant fix it. Then people in his personal life want to bash his business and take money away from feeding his children is ridiculous. We all have that one family member that is spiteful and will try anything to hurt you...well this is his...it isnt even his family. They married into the family. Don't believe everything you read on all reviews. Weed through the reviews and find out who he really is and call and see for yourself....he will prove to you that he is a great plumber and business man, as well as family man.

If you want the best, then here is where you will find it. Jason Keaton is a very well trained and knowledgeable is this business, so don't make a mistake by looking elsewhere. ..Adding to this, Lisa Gomez is not even a coustmer of this company and it's a review from a lady the is under a fake name and lives in California..

When you need a plumber CALL SOMEONE ELSE. Read the reviews on this website - especially the 1 star reviews. There's also one on the "Angies list" website. My experience bears out what they have to say and I personally know at least one of I star reviewers. Don't waste your time, you're buying aggravation and trouble.
