I'm very pleased with Lonnie, John and Kelly. Lonnie heard my concerns and addressed the issues, John got the job done and Kelly was very nice to schedule everything and answer questions. I had two vanities installed and two toliets set. Everything done quickly and efficiently. High recommend them.

This is the second time I have dealt with this company and I really enjoyed working with them. It can be hard sometimes to find someone that is reliable and even harder to find someone that can demonstrate patience to answer my 50 million off the wall questions and this company has managed to do both. I have had two different service guys and both times I have felt comfortable and they got the job done and in a timely manner. Both times the service guy cleaned up after themselves and that speaks highly to me the level of pride they take in their work and doing a good job. Will be calling this company back again for any future jobs and will recommend to anyone needs a plumber in the Berkeley County area.

Eventually the job got done, somewhat. That’s the only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one. They misdiagnosed our broken pipe TWICE, and then didn’t show up the day they told us they would fix it. We finally got them out to fix the pipe, only to have them leave it several inches above the ground where the kids can trip over it. While asking to have the pipe put underground (as it was before, and as all the other houses in our neighborhood are) my husband was repeatedly interrupted and talked over by the owner as he insisted that they “put it back exactly as they found it”. The worst was after waiting for his turn to speak he asked “can I say something now?” And the response was “if it makes sense” (direct quote). We just want the pipe to be not visible underground as it’s always been so that our kids won’t get hurt, but that is clearly too much to ask. The owner even called my husband back again just to insist that he was right and they had put it back like it was. It has just been pushed down by some construction equipment being used in another project. I can forgive and even understand the timing confusion and misdiagnosis. However, the disrespect and attitude my husband was treated with is inexcusable. We would be hard pressed to ever use or recommend All Plumbing again.

Had a broken flange leak at toilet base.. Courteous and prompt. Should be equip to clean up better, borrowed towel, and especially if you're charging premium prices.
