Lohr Plumbing

We needed a hot water heater and called our usual plumbing company and were told that it would be a week wait. Called Lohr and they were very prompt and were finished in no time.

Called Lohr Plumbing and gave a brief description of the issue I was having. The very pleasant young lady on the phone said Kyle would contact me . Kyle phoned me and we met at the house. Kyle and his assistant were professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I had my entire house plumbed, to include the main, by Lohr, and the whole process from start to finish was exceptional! I have nothing but praises for everyone at Lohr Plumbing, they are truly a top notch crew that strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work. And in my humble opinion; If you have plumbing issues that need to be resolved, Lohr is the place to go. Period, cut and dried.

I had a hot water heater installed by Lohr in 2014. The switch went bad in March 2017 and I called for what I would think is standard warranty work. The plumber that was sent called the manufacturer who said that my pilot was blowing out due to single handle faucets in the house. Bulls**t. I had brand new fixtures in a bathroom remodel. He stepped into my shower, broke the handle, and never fixed my hot water heater switch after patronizing me about the "real problem". A week later, the switch was broken for good and no hot water in our home at all. They sent the same person who then fixed the switch that I said it originally was, and "fixed" the shower faucet that he broke. It broke into three pieces today and we can only get lukewarm water. The owner of Lohr plumbing today told me that it is just "coincidence" that a working fixture hasn't worked twice now since his employee touched it. He also felt compelled to add that the employee didn't note on his work order that he had been in the shower. I won't call them again for anything. I won't be called a liar and patronized by a marginally educated/experienced brat so this company can save $165. I will be fixing it myself using Youtube and my own shut off key after Moen mails me new parts for my fixture. It's not my job to do the math, but I'm sure that they'll lose more than they've gained by saving that money. I wish I could give less that one star because he was late too, but I'd give at least one for a civil office staff.
