Brandon worked hard to ensure what we needed done was done to our wants. His cleanup was very good. He always showed his customer (me) very good respect, and had very good communication with me. It's been many years since I've had other people work on my home so at first I thought the pricing might have been a bit high. However, with the amount of work entailed as I watched the job progress I quickly changed my mind and feel it was a very fair deal.
I haven't used Love in 25 years. I wasn't very happy with them back then. A friend told me to try again and I decided to call for an estimate on a new air conditioning unit. I'm so glad I did! Shawn, John , ( Sorry,I can't remember the other guys name) were awsome! Explained everything in terms I can understand and super nice. They gave me a quote and that's what I paid. No hidden charges! I'm so happy with the service we received. Fair price, quick scheduling and installation with excellent customer service. Will definitely use again!
James was absolutely amazing, he was very polite and didn't have an issue answering any of my questions. He came in assessed the issue, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem all within maybe 25 minutes. A smooth process. He was very professional and customer friendly. Thank you James for just being amazing. He definitely sets the example of true professionalism and outstanding customer service. I will definitely use this company and ask for him with all my HVAC needs. Keep up the great work.
Unbelievable response time! In less than 24 hours a technician was out to complete the job. Brandon was sent to complete the project. If you are lucky you will get him. Knowledgeable, friendly and good communicator. Great guy!! Completely happy ????????
Timely and professional! I called Love with an issue at 4:30pm and they were able to have a technician out to my home at 9:00 am the following morning.The technicians were thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful. They presented several options to address the issue and didn't pressure us in any direction. They completed the work the same day within a couple of hours. We are extremely impressed with Jeff's work and the customer service at Love Plumbing & Electrical. We'll definitely call them for any future concerns.
