Not once but several times Cottrell Plumbing has saved the day and today they did it again. After my call yesterday and getting added to Anthony’s route the thought was that he would be here after 3 to fix the kitchen nightmare. I planned the whole day off around that however he was able to come early but still helped to coordinate with my schedule! These are the most honest and pleasant people to do business with and I would refer them to anyone in need of a plumbing fix. Thank you to your entire team who makes the company run with ease.
Cottrell and Co. are wonderful! They were able to get our water back on with six hours after a pipe burst in our yard. Brett and Jason are friendly, professional, and true experts!!
They came out to look at our HVAC on 08/15. Prior to and during the visit my wife and I described the problems. They had ideas about what might be wrong, but were unable to find anything wrong at the time. They charged $89. Two days later, HVAC is having the same issues we described the first time, which they were unable to diagnose during the first visit. Offered to come out again, said they’d waive the diagnostic fee if they could figure out the problem, but if not they would charge another $89. I sent an email to a supervisor, who said this is fair. UPDATE: They (Josh) did issue a refund for the initial visit, after I sent them the invoice from the second company we used. They (Josh) also stated that in hindsight they shouldn’t have charged for a second visit. I appreciated both responses. The company I decided to go with said, without dispute or a chain of argumentative emails, that any visit within 30 days, given that it was for the same problem as the first visit, would be considered a call back, and they wouldn’t charge us a second fee.
Amazing service! We had Micah install a new set of logs in one fireplace and clean and service an existing set. She was beyond helpful and did an excellent job explaining everything we need to know about the operation of our new and old logs. Prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We plan to have her come back annually to clean and check both fireplaces. Highly recommend Micah and Cottrell & Company!
