Our family is so thankful for the wonderful folks at On Call Plumbing Heating & Air! After over 20 years, our HVAC unit suddenly died on a Friday night. After being away for the weekend, I called On Call and that very evening--a Monday night--their technician, Rod, came and assessed the situation. The very next day we had the quote on a new unit and the very next morning after that, Rod, Steven and Cory showed up bright and early to remove the old unit and install a wonderful, brand-new Trane unit. So, in less than 48 hours of when Rod first came to our home, they had our problem SOLVED! Hooray! These people care and are committed to doing the right thing. They will have our Heating & Air business from now on! Also, a big thanks to Kelly & Justin in their office. We appreciate all of you very much!
