Called about our lack of hot water in master bathroom and maintenance on our tank-less water heater. He arrived on time. Did a fantastic job. Descaled the water heater, completed the maintenance. fixed our hot water issue in our bathroom. Also replaced our shower head. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Fair prices. Highly recommend. Will use him again if we ever have plumbing issues.

Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon and Chuck made every effort to replace it over the weekend. The only reason he didn't is our tank size was not available from retail stores like Lowes or Home Depot. He promptly ordered our new water heater and installed it two days later as promised. Chuck has been responsive to all of my calls and text messages and he offered a fair price. I would highly recommend Mayes Plumbing. Thanks Chuck!!!

I called Chuck yesterday to get an estimate on installing 2 new toilets in my house. We talked for a few minutes and he told me what I needed to do. We had discussed him coming out towards the end of the week. I went and picked up the toilets today and called to set up a time. He said he was free this afternoon. 2 hours later I have 2 new toilets and he got my garbage disposal unstuck for no extra charge. Great guy. I'll keep him in mind for future projects.
