Drain Doctor

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Rooter-Man sent 1 of their service men to diagnose/repair my septic system on 01/04/2019. I had spoke with management the 2 days prior, describing the issues we were having. They assured me that they were one of the best, with knowledgeable employees, customer service, and cleanliness. The service tech seemed confused by the issues of the septic system. He went to his vehicle 3 times from 9am - 10am, to call his manager to ask what he should do. He dug a hole to open lid of septic tank, and he also attempted to try clearing the clogged trap, but ended up watching my husband do it. After 1 hour, he said he was leaving to discuss it with his manager and they would call us later that day to discuss the repairs that needed to be made. He charged us $189 for the 1 hour visit, even though he didn't do anything or even make a diagnosis. They never called us back to discuss repairs or anything. The employee's orange rubber gloves are still in my yard. The dirt/mud pile is still there, and all the toilet paper that he watched flow into my yard while he "helped" my husband unclog the trap, is still there! See pics below. So basically I paid $200 and still could not use showers, toilets, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. $200 for absolutely nothing!

I contacted this company to come and pump our Septic system due to the fact that the clean out outside was running over into the yard. First they arrived late. We showed them where the tank was located, paid them $365 in cash and had to leave for a prior appointment we had scheduled. Not long after the tech called to say he was stuck in our yard and needed me to call a tow service to pull him out. We were also told that this would be our responsibility to pay. The tow ended up being another $300. They left a note stating that the drain into the tank was clogged and that they cleared the clog but they did not state that the tank had been pumped. They also had backed the truck into our back yard over the drain lines where they got stuck. My husband dug the tank lid back up to find that they did not even pump the tank. They left waste and toilet paper in our yard, which also happens to be at the back where our children's play area is. They tore the yard up and stuck us with the bill. I contacted the office and spoke with a lady named Jackie who was rude and stated " I find it hard to believe that they didn't pump the tank since that's what they do." I sent her the poctpict and she stated that she was going to talk with Ray the supervisor and get back to me which hasn't happened. I contacted the BBB which they also never addressed.

They have done several small and large projects for me. Always a good price and expert craftsmanship.
