If I could rate this business zero stars, I would. This business operates under a variety of names such as Mr Rooter or Drain Doctor-Electric Man, Inc. and does contract work for HMS warranty. They were sent to my house for an ELECTRICAL call by HMS warranty. The man that arrived, though friendly, was not a licensed electrician and readily admitted that he had very basic electrical knowledge. Not surprisingly, he was unable to ascertain my problem or offer a solution. He assured me that he would speak to his boss and one of them would call me back the next day with a plan to finish the work. Three days and 2 messages later, I have yet to receive a reply. But they made sure to collect their $100 copay for the service call! Avoid this business (and all of the others that fall under this same man) at all cost!
