I called for service and the representative told me she could get a technician in between 1-2pm. I was so thrilled when she called and said someone would be available by 11:30am ! She also was upfront about the pricing.The technician was great! He knew exactly what was needed and did the job. He even gave us some tips and an estimate on another job we needed done. I will definitely use Mr. Plumbing again, in the very near future.

Very pleased with the service of Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Eric was at my house within a half hour of my call. I will definitely consider using them for any future plumbing needs.

These guys didn't make me feel like another house that they needed to get done, but rather they came here and took their time and were knowledgeable and courteous.

Work was done quick and immediately, which was nice for a water heater replacement, but leaked water was pushed further onto the rug (no way it expanded that far on its own in 2 hours). Also, I wasn't given any other choices for a water heater such as an upgrade or a cheaper option. Plus, given my market research it was really expensive for the job done. The guy was really professional though.

My elderly central air system went down. Called Mr. Rooter and they came within 2 days. Brian (the owner) and a female were my techs. He left me know the pan in the attic was crack and could not be replaced. He recharged the system..never mentioned if I started it up again that it would leak. So two days later my ceiling in my bedroom is leaking like crazy. Shut the system down immediately. Brian came back the same day. I spoke with him the next morning and asked if the conduit line was clogged never really got a straight answer. So after spending $972.00 I am left with a system I can't use, it's going to cost me $300 to have the ceiling painted. Very unhappy. I think the least he could do is rebate me back enough money to paint my ceiling which is ruined. Lynn Fallon-Palumbo.
