He was here in 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had my water running again in less than an hour. He charged me next to nothing even though any other plumber would have called it holiday hours. Didn't gouge me at all on parts costs(I looked them up after) and he had everything there with him on his truck. Highly recommend.
