Excellent customer service, the technician David is one of the best we have ever had. Very friendly and knowledgeable and our service issue was corrected very quickly. He even shared some of his carrots with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

I have been a Petro customer for years. I have always had great service from my local Petro office. Brenda at this office is an amazing employee. She seems to know what customer service is all about. She may not always be able to accomplish what you are looking to do, but always explores the ways in which may be options. A couple days ago a co-worker of mine who has 4 young children ran out of heating fuel. They were facing the weekend in below freezing temperatures. I asked Brenda to help me help them. Although she was unable to open them an account in that short amount of time, I suggested putting the costs on my bill. She was able to figure out a way to make this happen and also helped to get the delivery asap. This family did not go cold another night! This is what todays' world is missing....kindness and compassion.....and great customer service! Thank you Brenda and Petro!!!

Bad communication with customer service. Worker was supposed to wait between 15 to 20 min if we didn't answer the door for our oil tune up and the worker left before it was even 15 min. My husband stopped him as he was getting in his car told my husband "sorry I already called dispatch said you weren't home." And he just drove off. Very cocky attitude! My husband called Petro told them about this and that they can come back no later than 3:30 and here they arrived at that time not following instructions and we missed them. Had to reschedule again! The communication really sucks! If we could afford to we'd cancel the contract and go with another oil company but its a hefty cost!
