My experience with Brian was great. He installed 2 basement windows for me and did a fantastic job.

BEWARE!!!I paid $1800 CASH to have my 1 car garage painted, spackled, and to have a railing installed next to the 3 step entry. As I made the final payment, Brian promised to return to touch up and complete the painting after the flooring was completed by another contractor. After completion, I made 3 calls (over a 2 week period) to Davies and Sons which went unanswered. Before posting a negative review, I made a 4th and final call which was answered by Brad. First, he lied and said that he had called me back and left message the week prior. Then he promised that Brian would be here the next morning at 8:00am. He was a no show-no call, no explanation. Seems as though this may be a pattern with these guys as another reviewer had a similar experience. I suggest that you think before hiring them-they are not trustworthy.

Dealing with them is the tale of 2 cities. At first, when work was done at our house, they did a good job in March / April 2018. When I met them for final payment and we discussed a few touch up items (would take 1 to 2 hours to complete) they said no problem. After multiple calls, texts and emails, I finally got them to agree to a date in November which I had to reschedule due to sick kids. Ever since then, none of my calls, emails or texts are being returned so unfortunately I will have to hire someone for the 1 to 2 hours of touch ups and have an attorney deal with them. What's worse is I referred at least 10 people to them. Homeowners beware.

We were pleasantly surprised after Brian completed several projects for us. Brian was very professional, timely and thorough. We would use his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone we know.

Brian is a great guy and takes his work very seriously. I have hired him for many jobs and have never once been disappointed. He always goes above and beyond what is expected and stands by his work 100%
