Fagnelli Plumbing Heating Cooling

I called Fagnelli about a water flow problem that I could not fix. They came and promptly fixed the problem, which was caused by ancient and corroded galvanized input pipes. When we tested this we had very good flow, which revealed a serious leak in the drain path. The location of the drain in the wall was very difficult to access, but the Fagnelli crew did an excellent job of repairing this ancient drain pipes to get things working properly again. The crew was cheerful, helpful, polite, and informative throughout. This quality of work and people has been our experience with Fagnelli Plumbing for 30 years, as we've needed them on many occasions with our property, where the buildings are over 100 years old.

They are fast and efficient. They are a little pricey but they are worth every penny. When most plumbers won’t show up they are there within an hour or so.

Timely, professional and courteous service. Plumber, Brian was excellent. Receptionist, Justin was congenial and kept me updated regarding anticipated arrival times. This is customer service at its best!!

One of their drivers decided it would be a great idea to talk on his phone and make u-turn in the middle of the street. He didn’t realize I was behind him because he just wasn’t paying attention. Proceeded to yell at me like it was somehow my fault. Teach your employees some respect for the public.
