Fair price and prompt service, installed a water heater for me several months ago and haven't had a single problem since.

Quick and reliable. Our son flushed a toy down the toilet and we gave them a call. They were here within 1 hour and had the whole job complete (including installing a brand new toilet) shortly afterwards. Always friendly. We definitely recommend them!

Never returns calls. When you do finally talk to him he promises to get back to you with an appointment. You'll never receive that call. Don't waste time with this guy.

I called Tom Thomas Plumbing because my water heater started to leak on the top. When I called they explained my options and gave me a fair price, so I said lets schedule it. They were able to get to me within a few days because they had to order the water heater. When they came they had no issues with the install and for the first time in a while I felt good when a contractor left my house. I have had a bad run with contractors. I would highly recommend Tom Thomas Plumbing!!!

Called for a water softener. He was nice on the phone. He directed me to get a free water test kit and put him down and he would get the results and he could size and install a softener. 3 years later I'm still waiting for that call.
