I called in the middle of winter with 2 young children at home and my husband out of town. He told me to call someone else.

Rude and unhelpful.. Pipes froze and I needed help thawing them.. They told me I had to "wait until spring" (It's January) and even if my pipes burst, they wouldn't assist me until I had someone else drain them. Not sure what kind of plumbing these guys are doing, because everything you read says to call a plumber, yet these people are of no help whatsoever.
