Had an appointment with them this morning at 10am, all confirmed through text message and all, waited until 10:10am to call them and ask for ETA, they said approx. 30 mins delay, so I waited until 11am. Still nothing. Called and texted, no one responded until my 3rd calls, said another 10-20 minutes. I ain't got all day to wait for these clowns, told them I'll wait until 11:30am. Then of course, no body showed up, asked for ETA again and this time no one responded. They eventually called me around 12pm and said they are here. No, thank you, I understand this line of work there could be some delay between appointments, but I can't trust someone who doesn't even bother to notify you when they know they are going to be late, no respect to other people's time. Worst experience with plumbers ever, STAY AWAY!
