Brian has an extensive knowledge when it comes to construction but he is maestro when it comes to drains. The larger conpanies will over charge and under preform. Brian did an inspection on a sewer line for my home purchase. He was great. Talked me through every part of the scope and then showed me where the city line connected. He talked me through what my was responsibility at a home owner and where the city took over. I will definitely keep his number handy as my go-to sewer/drain guy if I need one.
