Company is very hard to get ahold of, reception is not very helpful, and they don't bother to show up when service is scheduled. We will not be using this company again.

This is a very difficult way to make a living. Without the type of service Heffern provides we'd all be in trouble. That said, the job that they did for me was first class, reasonably priced and fixed my problem completely. Excellent and professional.
