Supposedly had first morning appointment at 7:30am. By 8:00am never showed up. After calling a few times leaving a message and calling one more time around 8:20am, spoke to a person who I believe is Scott. He indicated there was a mix up and they went to the wrong appointment first. He indicated he would contact the crew and have them leave to come install my gas line. At 9:45am crew still hasn't showed up and no follow up phone call. I called and cancelled my appointment. Very dissappointed. They did offer to reschedule, but I am afraid that I will have the same issue again. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I came home with my 15 month old son to a cold house. After fooling around with the furnace thinking the pilot was out, I called Openshaw. Scott was at my house soon after, maybe 10 mins tops. He diagnosed the issue, showed me a few things and had it fixed in less then 30 mins. Great service, very personable! Highly recommended!

Ty for calling us right back with questions even after hours. Everything was explained and problem fixed very timely. We are sure to need more work as house is old. Will call again. .... :)
