Dan was amazing! Made the call to Ferry's at 9am about a broken water heater. New one installed by 2pm same day! Pleasant to work with, explained what was done, and cleaned up the best he could (leaking water is hard to control!) Price that was quoted was what we paid. Highly recommend them!
