McLoughlin Plumbing Heating & Cooling

I have been using McLoughlin as our plumbers for 18 years and they have never disappointed! They are responsive, respectful, diligent and always fix every single issue right away. I can not recommend them highly enough!!! Call today!

I'm not impressed. Our toilet got blocked from a deordorant falling in during flushing. I called to get an approximate cost of removing the object. I realize that the bowl must be removed in order to retrieve it. The secretary would not answer any of my questions (What are your rates? Approximately, how long does it take to remove and replace the bowl.) She said only the plumber can answer that....so I asked her to inquire with the plumber. She refused and said that I must pay the call fee for the plumber to diagnose the problem. I know the problem!! I wanted to know how much they charge per hour and she would not budge. She would only tell me the cost of the call fee and not the hourly rate after that. I would not recommend doing business with a company that is not upfront with their pricing.

Tom was very thorough and had a smile on his face when he arrived. He kept me informed as to what he was doing. Exceptional employee.

I really enjoy working with Chuck Ammon and the McLoughlin team. There away there when we need them and do a great job taking of the Boyd Wilson communities and our residents. Thank you for all that you do!

Fred was fantastic! I called in a real bind the Saturday before the Super Bowl. Heat was out and we needed help. He was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. He took his time and made sure the boiler was working correctly and the house was getting warm before he left. There were no up charges for emergency service and the price was fair. It was simple to pay by credit card on the spot.
