Duke's Plumbing & Heating

Thought I had finally found a plumber I could depend on. First job, on the ball, got it done. Ever since .....I no longer exist. Jobs waiting now.....no call backs, the usual story. They start out like a house on fire and then fizzle out soon after. Why is this the norm nowadays? Customer service is a thing of the past. Its a shame. Oh well. Moving on.

Second time. Dealing with Dukes. I can say no other plumber will be called to my house the service is that great. On time neat and clean workers. excellent prices. Dukes is the best in my eyes

I called them over the weekend , due to the shut off valve on the water main leaking pretty bad. I was able to schedule for Wednesday and they promptly came over and repaired it. Thank you for your prompt service.

Ripped off, toilet flapper, not even here 1 hour, ashamed @ what they charged, will know better next time!

So happy with the exceptional service I received. Duke knew how stressed I was with the problem I was having and assured me it would be fixed with a good price! I now have a plumber I can count on and not worry about being taken advantage of. Thanks to Duke and your Son
