Made appt. for closest asap (two days). Guy came out and diagnosed a leak in my kitchen faucet hose. He wanted to charge me over $400 for a replacement (whole) faucet. ONLY the hose needed to be replaced (which I called Moen/manufacturer w/lifetime wty. so they mailed a new hose days later). I asked him to duct-tape the hole in the hose as a temp fix and then I fixed/replaced the hose when it arrived. They held my check for $179.50 (ie. didn't cash it???) and then sent me a bill for the repair????? Called for Dan Bonetti/owner (at the recommendation from answering service - who were pretty rude!) and ended up leaving message on his voice mail. Waiting for reply? 5-days later, Diana calls to tell me they "found my check"?. Yikes?
