He quoted me at less than half the price of Rotor Rooter who also couldn’t touch the curb side valve. Rotor rooter also wanted to use shark bites which is crazy. This guy was honest and definitely a professional. I’ll never call another plumber again. I couldn’t believe I saved almost three hundred dollars by using his service compared to Rotor Rooter, enough said!

I've used Vitale for several jobs over the last few years. My first time working with them was after a big brand plumbing company told me my backed-up sewer line was collapsed and quoted me $7000 to dig and replace. Joey disagreed with that assessment and arranged to have the line jetted, which completely opened it up and saved me about $6800. Since then, we have had them replace our furnace, hot water heater and install a central air unit all as separate jobs. Every job has been priced fairly and completed incredibly promptly. After working with Vitale several times, I could not recommend a better service for plumbing and HVAC. I have always been extremely happy their quality work and professional conduct. Vitale & Son came to my house to install a dishwasher and replace a leaky faucet, and they did a fantastic job. Moreover, they arrived when they said they were going to arrive, which you can’t expect from everyone nowadays. They were courteous, hardworking, and totally professional. I plan on calling them in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems.
