Bob from Mallard Plumbing recently replaced a sump pump for my family after a major flood in our home near Hatfield, PA. He arrived quickly, clearly explained the process and provided a fair price (he even made sure our heater wasn’t severely damaged from the flooding). He went above and beyond by ensuring flood water remained downstairs by covering our hardwood floors and carpeted areas all along our home (something I greatly appreciated since we have small children in our home).
