Bob's Rooter and Plumbing

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled after the wonderful experience I had with Bob's. I recently had a sewer back up into my house and it caused major damage throughout my bathroom and hallway floor. It was so embarrassing considering I had a party for my birthday and most of my friends had to experience this nightmare with me. However, a friend of mind used Bob's Rooter and Plumbing in past and I quickly dialed their number and spoke to Mindy over the phone. She reassured me that Shane would come out to help me with my issue. He arrived to my house and he was very professional and cleared our sewer. He later showed me on his camera why the back up happened in the first place (ROOTS) and how the problem could be fixed permanently. We decided to get the work done and couldn't be happier with the result. They replaced my sewer using a trench-less machine so the yard didn't even get damaged!! They even gave me a great warranty. I want to thank Shane and his crew and will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.
