I would give no stars. I know how they work in there I knew some one who knew someone who worked there and they’re all hustling you for a high price. Because everyone makes commission. Commission based work is not bad, I have a commission based job but this is terrible I would never make people buy stuff they don’t need for there to four times the amount more to take advantage of their situation.This place had literally 3 starts before and now it’s up and I was wondering “maybe they cleaned up their act” nope. Everyone on here giving it 5 stars either has a lot of money to toss around or is a fake review because no one with a 5 star review talks about the price they’ve paid. They probably were asked to write one or work there in the office. These guys over charge on purpose and their excuse is “hey it’s hard to run a business in California, so we charge a lot higher than most other places” -Dan, said this. I may be mistaken but he runs the place. These people hussle you and take advantage of you especially in your time if need or ignorance. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. There are plenty other companies on yelp that can help and actually want to serve YOU. These guys treat people like if they’re the problem. Don’t trust any good review on here that doesn’t have a price. These guys are crooks. They charge for everything and 3x- 4x the amount more. It is possible to run a business in California (many other companies with integrity are doing it) with out taking advantage of people.

I wish there was a no star rating. These guys are a rip off. The guy on the phone told me $99 plus any parts. The guy who showed up (Scott) tells me that their company policy is to replace the safety valve & put a disconnect connection on line that drains the water outside, so the minimum will be $299. I told me to take a hike if he does not do what is needed - to replace the pilot. They started threatening me. Please don't call them. They send you these stickers to put on the heater. That is how I got sucked into calling them.

My water heater temperature is not consistent and I call for repair. My feeling is that he( not the technician, the back office person) has tried to take advantage of someone who doesn’t know much about water heater, or does not speak good English. He said to replace our thermostat, it will need an order from manufacture special made for me and it will cost $1300. Of cause he is trying to sell me a new heater with a price 3 times higher than the prevailing market price. He probably thinks I would not write a review.

While the technician was excellent, the owners intention of taking advantage of my emergency was more than disappointing. For a repair that should not have been more than $200 as per other companies quote after the fact, he tried to charge me $495 plus his $99 trip charge. When I refused to pay that amount, he adjusted it down to $250 plus his trip charge. Beware of being taken advantage off.

I would not use this company. Their prices are exorbitant at least $500 more than others. If you do use them make sure they give an estimate for the total job. I think these guys are a scam.
