Mike fixed 2 plumbing issues in my home (no hot water in 1 bathroom & broken garbage disposal). He was quick in responding to me, booked quickly, assessed the problems & even bought the parts from Home Depot. He even looked at my hot water heaters to give a qualified opinion on their longevity. His pricing is fair & I'd call him up again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

After attempting to install a new kitchen sink faucet I accidentally broke the drain pipe going into the craw space of my home. That evening I sent M D Mason an email about my situation. Early the next morning Mike called me to let me know was able to come and give me a quote that day. Mike called throughout the morning to give me a status on when he was going to be coming. Mike arrived right when right on time and was able to quickly assess the damage. He give me a quote on the repair, and did not waste my time giving me presentations on his work, like have receive from some of those other big name companies. Mike's price seamed fair for work that was need. I agreed to the quote and off he went to get replacement parts. Mike made quick work of the repair and did an excellent job of respecting my home by completely cleaning up. I will definitely be calling Mike again if I need help or break something again.
